The Role
We are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to work closely with our distributors and achieve new growth in their respective territories. The ideal candidate must be able to lead initiatives to generate new business for the company along with growing our existing business. This candidate must be self-motivated and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities
- Work with existing distribution network to increase market share in their respective territories.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Assist with developing and maintaining strong relationships with National Accounts and existing distributors.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by working on targeting new business opportunities through application of professional selling and planning techniques
Qualifications
- 3-4 Years Automotive Related Business Development Experience
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proven Knowledge and Execution of Successful Development Strategies
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented
- Ability to Travel
- High Computer Application Literacy (Microsoft Office, Internal Software Systems)

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, ability to prepare materials for digital and print delivery, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This candidate will have experience working with different design platforms and be familiar with nuances of different print and digital outputs.

Responsibilities
- Produce print and digital materials based on an existing set of templates.
- Create new materials creatively while maintaining branding standards.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Qualifications
Produce print and digital materials based on an existing set of templates.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, picking & pulling, and working in a fill line. This position is primarily responsible for fulfilling orders, shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory.
